1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed on business days only (Weekends and international holidays are excluded).
In-stock orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Pre-order items will be shipped according to the processing time stated on the product page.
Please allow 1-3 days delay during big sales, holidays or temporary stock shortage, we will notify you by email.

1. Shipping cost is automatically calculated based on your country at checkout.

2. Free Shipping  for orders over 200AED

3. Package Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number & tracking link.
Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update in the logistics system. You can track your package online anytime.

5. Customs & Import Taxes

All import duties, taxes and clearance fees are the buyer's responsibility.
Buyer shall provide necessary information for customs clearance if required. Any detention or return caused by missing information shall be borne by the buyer.
We do not support full refund if the package is returned due to buyer refusal to pay taxes.

6. Lost & Damaged Package

If no tracking update over 25 business days, please contact our support team.
For lost or totally damaged package confirmed by logistics company, we offer free reshipment or full refund.
Minor defects after signature without logistics damage proof are not eligible for compensation.
